Day 6: Meal 1 + 2 Breakfast & Lunch

My Fit Test was interrupted by one of my lady's calling, so not enough time to finish.  Will finish it later.

Again... lots of eating.  T_T  I am failing!  LOL.  

Need to run for real tonight... and tomorrow.  

Breakfast:  French toast a la carte from Carrows

Food:  3 pieces of french toast ~ no crust, no added butter (~450), 1 tbsp syrup (50 kcal)

Calories:  ~500 kcal T__T  

Serious?  650 kcal for just this plate?  *dies*  So many calories!!!  *dies*

So delicious... but remind me to stay away!

Visited my mom afterwards and chilled at home to digest for a bit.  Yay!  phone call from my friend Jon to eat lunch!

Lunch:  Hot pot time at Little Sheep (just opened last month in my area)

Food:  thin slices of pork (~300 kcal?), tofu slices (20 kcal), bok choy (10 kcal), 2 tbsp noodles (~30 kcal?), hot pot broth (~70 kcal?), 1/4 cup garlic (50 kcal)

Calories so far:  970 kcal

I am unsure about this calorie count.  It's difficult counting calories when you don't know the amount of food (pork) you eat and the appropriate calories. 

Oh well.  I guess we can just oogle at the delicious half and half (non-spicy and spicy) broth for cooking the meat and vegetables.  

I'm already at my daily calorie count and the day isn't finished yet!  What to do for dinner?  I'm thinking maybe a Jamba Juice... I have a coupon.  Or maybe just a yogurt.  T_T

I think maybe a nap, then workout, then yogurt or jamba.  That's a plan!

Day 6: Oops! Fit Test # 2

Hahahah!  So I was confused about my workout order... apparently... the calendar is important!  The guy I bought the program from didn't give me the calendar.  I guess I should have looked up a little harder when searching right?

SO!  I don't have to complete the Fit Test today.  I am supposed to complete it every 2 weeks.

So I thought "Core Balance" was a work out... but it's a workout in between month 1 and 2.  I feel pretty good today.  Maybe 3% of soreness in calves.  So... instead of waiting for a day to do the Fit Test... I thought I'd do it today.


Switch Kicks:  137 kicks

Rar.  Okay... I am tired.  13 kicks less compared to last week.  Maybe I should have taken that day break before this fit test  ^^;;;  Oh well, next time I'll have a sandwiched "Fit Test" day.  Also... I don't know how much you can improve  from my original 150 kicks in one minute... but I will!  Thank you Taekwondo and Wushu training.

Power Jacks:  64 power jacks

Yay!  3 more than last time.  Although I do think >1 power jack per second is pretty good right?  I think so.  You can tell I'm slowing down a bit at the end.  Time to improve next time!  Check out the end of this entry because I took a video of myself doing power jacks.

Power Knees:  104 knees (right)

Wah.  113 last week.  8 less.  A little fatigue.  Tanya (on the DVD) did 126... so I can improve!  I did feel a heavy right thigh.  Again, I hate that it's just one side.  Paused the DVD to do the left side so I wouldn't feel lopsided.  ^^;

uh oh.  break time!

One of my seniors (citizens) that I was supposed to have lunch with... in 50 minutes called and asked to have lunch 30 minutes early because she forgot she had an appointment that day.  Oops.  It's ok because she's a super sweet lady.

So saved for now, but will edit later.  Will work out after I'm done digesting.  *full*

*** EDIT *** What?  I actually watched it.  It's really dark.  darker than I thought.  O_O  real dark.

Day 5: Cardio Abs

I arrived home around 10:45p... but after removing make-up, wig, and changing...

I did still get my workout in today!  Luckily the Cardio Abs workout was only 16 minutes long.

The workout wasn't very difficult.  There were difficult parts, and I did have to take breaks... but it wasn't on caliber with Cardio Plyometrics or Pure Cardio.

This workout was different from typical abdominal workouts because there were no crunches or sit-ups.


p.s. I do not like abdominal exercises in push-up plank position.  My arms feel so man-buff right now.  I am still doing them to stick with the workouts.

p.p.s. Soreness is down to a ~5% all over the body!

Day 5: Meal 1 Breakfast + Meal 2 Lunch/Dinner + snack

Sorry, late post.  But I ate this at 9a!

Breakfast:  delicious at 9a!

Food:  1 cup Post Banana Nut Crunch (240 kcal), 1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Breeze milk (~40 kcal) <-- didn't drink any milk, just let it soak

Calories:  ~280 kcal

Yum!  Although it didn't fill me up at all today T__T I was hungry again by 11a!



So the reason I didn't post all day... and I had to post it all right now at 11:45p... is because I was dressed up like this all day!

I went to a Harajuku "decora" fashion fan day event for 6% Doki Doki.  Awesome clothing.  The designer and shop girls were there.  Very fun!

Although it did throw off my whole work out and eating schedule @__@

Lunch/Dinner:  My first meal was at 9a right?

Well, my second and last meal of the day was at 4:23p!!!  @_@ I started feeling hungry at 11a... 5.5 hours later... I finally got food!

Started off with this thai ice tea at Noodle World.  Luckily, no refills... so I didn't go overboard with the drinks.

Food:  Thai ice tea (181 kcal)

Calories so far:  361 kcal


Helen had this delicious Beef Pad See Ew!  I ate some.  A small plate of it.  So delicious.

It made me wish I got this ^^  So good!

Food:  Beef pad see ew (~110 kcal)

Calories so far:  470 kcal
So many options!  I decided on this delicious Seafood Chow Mein with crispy noodles!  I love it when it's crispy.

Food:  Seafood Chow Mein (but didn't eat any seafood, just veggies and mushrooms) ~ 350 kcal?

Calories so far:  820 kcal

I got full really fast!  I took the rest home and brother killed it.

Why is there a Bob's Big Boy in Noodle World?  Probably cause it was converted ^^?

After dinner... ate a snack!

Delicious fresh-fruit platter!  I ate most of the mango, papaya, and half the watermelon and honeydew.
