Day 8: Dinner

Sometimes you get a coupon...

and sometimes you gotta eat!

I was starving and we had coupons for Chick-Fil-A!
~ Buy 1 adult meal, get 1 adult meal free
~ Buy 1 adult meal, get 1 kids meal free
~ Free 8-piece Chick-Fil-A nuggets meal


I didn't eat it all myself.  My bro ate most of it.  I promise.


Dinner:  1/3 chick-fil-a sandwich, 1 chicken strip, 2 pieces chick-fil-a nuggets, 1 chick-fil-a child-size fries, 1/2 child-size strawberry fanta, 1 barbeque sauce

Food:  1/3 sandwich (137 kcal), 1 chicken strip (67 kcal), 2 pieces nuggets (65 kcal), 1 fries (270 kcal), fanta (41 kcal), bbq sauce (45 kcal)

Calories:  621 kcal


Ate a lot!  But... my bro ate the rest.  Once in a while right?  XD

Day 8: Cardio Power and Resistance

This is my second time doing cardio power and resistance.

I feel a lot better today compared to last week (which was the first time I did this particular workout).

I am not as sore as I was last week after cardio plyos.  So feeling better today made the workout a bit "easier" compared to doing it when sore and fatigued.

Tough parts!
~ Walking push-ups ~ weak lower body!  did better compared to last week, but still my weak point
~ Tricep dips ~ maybe I just have inflexible shoulders... but this was tough.  I felt like I wasn't going low enough and I got super tired (>_<)
~ One-legged tricep dips ~ same thing... I suck.  lol.  XD

Woooo!  so tired right now!  My legs are shaking a bit!  My right quadriceps in particular.  *sigh*  Time to shower then use some tiger balm!!!

Day 8: Snack + Meal 1 (Lunch?)

Terrible!

I guess my snack was my breakfast... but not really?  I woke up and just didn't feel hungry.  I did feel extremely tired.  Maybe because I've been eating out way too much and over-calorizing it.  (not a word, I know).

Here's today so far!

Snack (breakfast):  I love figs so much.  *_*  Thank goodness for our neighbor having a tree!

Food:  6 figs (126 kcal)

Calories:  126 kcal

T_T cause my bro trimmed the tree... and so many lost fruit today!  Plus the ones that I could easily reach.


Started off lunch with this delicious mango black tea!  Finally a date lunch today!  We ate at Q Noodle House.  Yum.

Lunch:  Mango black tea, dandan mein, noodle soup, and "A" vegetables

Food:  Mango black tea (~150 kcal?), dan dan mein (~300 kcal), noodle soup (~100 kcal), "A" vegetables (~50 kcal)

Calories so far:  ~726 kcal?
We shared most of the meal together.  I really was craving dandan noodles... so I mostly ate this with the "A" vegetables.

I love peanut flavor and peanuts.

I'm guessing so much on the calories for some things... hard to calorie count for some asian foods... 

My usual philosophy is to eat before full.  These portions were also larger than what I'm used to eating at home.
How do you look up what's called "A" vegetable?  

LOL.  Oh well, it was delicious.  The ground pork probably raised the calories up a little.  The sauce was probably water, soy sauce and sugar?  

Anyways... delicious!  

Once digestion is finished... it's time for Cardio Power and Resistance!!!
